Student enrolments at King’s Baptist Grammar School were steadily increasing, with plans for continued steady growth each year. The school recognised that there was a significant opportunity to streamline their payment process resulting in a better overall experience for families while reducing the workload of their administrative team.

Historically, King’s had offered a range of payment options including direct deposit, direct debit, BPAY, cash and cheques. While this approach gave families great flexibility, it had several limitations – from the cost of manual reconciliation to a lack of financial visibility for both families and the school.
