Please see below for important updates to RenWeb 1

  • We cleaned up the process to assign alternate rooms to class sections. For scheduled class sections, simply click the “Room” button, choose a room, and click on one or more scheduled time slots to assign an alternate room.
  • We also cleaned up our scheduling grid allowing users to simply click in the cell they wish to assign room or time slot.
  • For both Schedules and Room, we added an “Undo Changes” button you can use before saving to remove any changes you may have made.

We updated the style and performance of Create-A-Report, made it easier to reorder report fields, and added some missing report fields to Student Create-A-Report, listed below:

  • Student Notes
  • Student Mail Label Options and Variables
  • Parent Middle Initial
  • Parent Fax Number
  • Parent Email #2
  • Parent Matching Gift Employer
  • School – Previous Schools (now includes more than 1 previous school, as needed)
  • Report Card Course Title and Department
  • Transcript Notes
  • Admissions – Substatuses
  • Admissions Notes
