The FACTS story is based on decades of experience and dedication, driven by our mission to make educational dreams possible through service, technology and innovation. Founded in 1986, our goal was to help families manage costs securely and conveniently while assisting schools in managing and improving their financial stability. Over time, we’ve expanded our product offerings to better serve schools and constantly explore and develop new solutions.

We are proud of how FACTS Tuition Management, our comprehensive tuition and incidental billing tool, helps schools manage their finances and budget effectively. In 2018, FACTS acquired PCSchool, a whole-school management solution with the vision to offer a network of connected solutions for schools. FACTS can now provide a comprehensive, secure platform encompassing Student and Family Management, School Operations, Teaching and Learning, Financial Management, Tuition Management, Incidental Billing and Specialty Modules. FACTS Tuition Management can be purchased separately or used with FACTS School Management for the best whole-school experience.
