This guide is meant to help you get the most out of every marketing piece in this kit.

Send these flyers with your students or distribute at parent/family night to share information on your tuition payment options. We’ve included a space for you to fill out important information specific to your school and your payment plans.

Important information to include:

• Deadlines for payment plan enrollment
• Links/locations to sign up for the plan
• Payment due date options
• Methods of payment

Hang these posters around your front office or near the entrance for families to see. You can also display these at parent nights or other events that bring families into your school.

We’ve provided you with content to paste into your email system and send out to families at your school. Spread the emails out according to the length of your payment plan enrollment period for the most effective use. For example, if the enrollment period for your payment plans run from January through May, you could send the first email in early January letting families know enrollment is open. The second email could be sent in late April telling families it’s not too late to sign up.

It’s important to include due dates and action items as a reminder for families. Don’t forget to update your contact information!

If you have an active school website, you can use these different web banners to promote the plans on your site. Choose the size that best fits with your web design, and upload to your website. You can link the banner ad back to a web page that includes information on your payment plan or contact information for your school.

Use one or all of these pre-written social media posts to share the news with your families on your various social media platforms. Each post has an accompanying image to help boost visibility. We recommend you space the posting of these messages out throughout your payment plan enrollment period.

If you send out a digital or print school newsletter, you can use this copy as an announcement to your families.
