Thank you for your interest in the annual FACTS Referral Program.

The relationships we have established over our more than 30 years of business are central to our success. FACTS recognizes that the foundation for many of our relationships is based on the willingness of our clients to tell others about their experience with FACTS. As a way to recognize the impact our clients have on bringing others into the FACTS family, we’ve created the FACTS Referral Program. This is how the program works:

Complete the FACTS Referral Form below.
FACTS will contact your referral (referencing your recommendation) to set up a time to discuss how FACTS can serve their school.
If your referral results in that school becoming a FACTS client, FACTS will award your school a $300 scholarship.*

It’s that simple.
