Effective School Management

We started in 2017 with FACTS being an opt-in solution. Our goal is to make this the standard for all tuition in 2018.

– Roger Craig, Samford Valley Steiner School, Wights Mountain, Queensland

PCSchool’s hosted solution meant we could mark rolls and record and manage student behaviour online, and this information was accessible to all staff regardless of where they were. Teachers weren’t limited to being at school to work on student reports, giving them more flexibility to complete them in a way that fits in with their lives.

Innovative Processes

Real-time accounts, real-time payments, real-time reports and true customer support.

Service to Parents

It was good to be able to offer an alternative. Some families were more inclined to trust a certified third-party with their credit card details than the school.

– Roger Craig, Samford Valley Steiner School, Wights Mountain, Queensland

King's Baptist Grammar School is the first school to use FACTS in Australia, and we are very glad we are. FACTS has allowed us to give transparency to our parents as well as much greater flexibility in terms of payment options. Parents now have the opportunity to match their payment cycle to their income. In addition, the school resources can be better used in dealing with the tough payer situations only. The support from FACTS during implementation was first-class. The reality is, I'm not sure how we would have managed our school fee collections into the future without FACTS. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Personal Touch

I have spoken with our principal, and he is very humbled by your support of our school through the FACTS Scholarship Program.

– Ben Raw, Emmaus Christian College, South Plympton, South Australia

Through the generosity of FACTS, we were able to assist a family with their school fees who had just lost a parent in a freak accident. It was a real highlight to contact the family and give them the good news in an extremely tough time.
